This policy applies to all orders placed through Trovezaar.com.
1. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary depending on product type, your location, vendor processing time, and courier partner availability.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999 (unless specified otherwise on the product page).
- Flat Shipping Fee: A shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via SMS or email to follow the delivery progress.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Trovezaar will not be responsible for:
- Delivery delays
- Failed delivery attempts
- Additional courier charges
- Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Return Window: Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories such as personal care items, perishables, hygiene-related products, and products marked as “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
- Submit a return request through the Orders section in your Trovezaar account.
- Provide the required details to help us process your request quickly and accurately.
3. Refund Processing
- Inspection: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse/vendor, it will undergo a quality check.
- Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 days after the item successfully passes inspection.
Refund Method
- A credit note will be issued for tax and accounting purposes. The refund amount will be returned directly to your original payment method.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs. A replacement or full refund will be arranged at no extra cost.
